Representation Lists l. The Union agrees to furnish the State with complete written lists of Union representatives including Shop Stewards or alternates and their appropriate and mutually agreed upon grievance districts. The Union further agrees to inform the State through the Office of Employee Relations of any changes and to keep such lists current and correct at all times.

The Union and the Company agree to keep such lists correct and current at all times.
