Access to the Services ID’s for access to Vendor Core Research and Analyst Inquiry may not be shared. Access to the Services is restricted to the number of named individuals (each a “Licensed User”) as identified in the Customer Purchase Order.
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS TO OWNER The Agent shall render statements of receipts, expenses, and other charges for the Property as requested by the Owner with no more than one (1) statement per month.
Debt to the State If the State Comptroller of Public Accounts is prohibited from issuing a warrant or initiating an electronic funds transfer to the Engineer because of a debt owed to the State, the State shall apply all payment due the Engineer to the debt or delinquent tax until the debt or delinquent tax is paid in full.
Access to the Service 2.1. The Service is accessed either from a web browser (Microsoft IE 6.0 or above) or directly by utilising the Web Service interface. If accessing via the internet, the URL is as directed by your GBG Account Manager.
Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:
COPIES OF REGULATORY REPORTS AND FILINGS Upon reasonable request, Competitive Supplier shall provide to the Town a copy of each public periodic or incident-related report or record relating to this ESA which it files with any Massachusetts or federal agency regulating rates, service, compliance with environmental laws, or compliance with affirmative action and equal opportunity requirements, unless the Competitive Supplier is required by law or regulation to keep such reports confidential. The Town shall treat any reports and/or filings received from Competitive Supplier as confidential information subject to the terms of Article 16. Competitive Supplier shall be reimbursed its reasonable costs of providing such copies.
Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. The Recipient shall: • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM. Each progress report must: o Summarize progress made on all Agreement activities as specified in the scope of work for the preceding month, including accomplishments, problems, milestones, products, schedule, fiscal status, and an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. See the Progress Report Format Attachment for the recommended specifications. • Submit a monthly or quarterly Invoice that follows the instructions in the “Payment of Funds” section of the terms and conditions, including a financial report on Match Fund and in-state expenditures. Payment of Debt or Delinquency to the State Pursuant to §§2107.008 and 2252.903, Texas Government Code, Contractor agrees any payments owing to Contractor under this Agreement may be applied directly toward any debt or delinquency Contractor owes the State of Texas or any agency of the State of Texas, regardless of when it arises, until paid in full.
CONTRACTOR’S RELATION TO THE STATE In the performance of this Agreement the Contractor is in all respects an independent contractor, and is neither an agent nor an employee of the State. Neither the Contractor nor any of its officers, employees, agents or members shall have authority to bind the State or receive any benefits, workers’ compensation or other emoluments provided by the State to its employees.
