Reports to the Office of the Interconnection. Each Member shall report as promptly as possible to the Office of the Interconnection any changes in its operating practices and procedures relating to the reliability of the bulk power supply facilities of the Interconnection. The Office of the Interconnection shall review such reports, and if any change in an operating practice or procedure of the Member is not in accord with the established operating principles, practices and procedures for the Interconnection and such change adversely affects the Interconnection and regional reliability, it shall so inform such Member, and the other Members through their representative on the Operating Committee, and shall direct that such change be modified to conform to the established operating principles, practices and procedures.
