Reports to Shareholders. The Trustees shall at least semi-annually submit to the Shareholders of each Series a written financial report of the transactions of the Trust and Series thereof, including financial statements which shall at least annually be certified by independent public accountants.

Reports to Shareholders. To the extent required by the governing documents of the Trust or applicable law, the Trust shall report in writing to its shareholders the payment of any amounts for indemnification of, or advance of Expenses to, Indemnitee under this Agreement arising out of a Proceeding by or in the right of the Trust with the notice of the meeting of shareholders of the Trust next following the date of the payment of any such indemnification or advance of Expenses or prior to such meeting.

In addition, it is expected that the Trust will be required under SEC rules to file quarterly and annual reports with the SEC, which need not be sent to Fund Shareholders directly but will be publicly available through the SEC. The Trust will post the same information that would otherwise be provided in the Trust’s CFTC, NFA and SEC reports on the Trust’s website.
