Common use of Reports to Partners Clause in Contracts

Reports to Partners. (a) The books of account and records of the Partnership shall be audited as of the end of each Partnership Year by the Partnership's independent certified public accountants. All reports provided to the Partners pursuant to Section 11.2 hereof shall be prepared on such basis as the General Partner determines will appropriately reflect the operations and assets of the Partnership. The Partnership's independent certified public accountant shall be a nationally recognized independent public accounting firm selected by the General Partner.
