REPORTS TO FUND BY INDEPENDENT PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS. The Custodian shall provide the Fund, at such times as the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including domestic securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System, relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Contract; such reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

REPORTS TO FUND BY INDEPENDENT PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS. The Custodian U.S. Trust shall provide the Fund, at such times as the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including domestic securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities Depository or Book Entry System, relating to the services provided by the Custodian U.S. Trust under this Contract; such reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

REPORTS TO FUND BY INDEPENDENT PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS. REPORTS TO FUND BY INDEPENDENT PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS. REPORTS TO FUND BY INDEPENDENT PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS. The Custodian State Street shall provide the Fund, on behalf of each of the Portfolios at such times as the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including domestic securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. any Securities System, relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Contract; such reports State Street hereunder. Such reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

The Custodian U.S. Trust shall provide the Fund, at such times as the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including domestic securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities Depository or Book Entry System, relating to the services provided by the Custodian U.S. Trust under this Contract; such reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.state.[/R]

The Custodian Chase shall provide the Fund, at such times as the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including domestic securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities Depository or Book Entry System, relating to the services provided by the Custodian Chase under this Contract; such reports reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

REPORTS TO FUND BY INDEPENDENT PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS. The Custodian shall provide the Fund, applicable Fund at such times as the such Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including domestic securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System, relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this ContractAgreement; such reports reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

The Custodian shall provide the Fund, on behalf of each of the Series at such times as the Fund may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including domestic securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System, System relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Contract; such reports reports, shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

REPORTS TO FUND BY INDEPENDENT PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS. The Custodian shall provide to the Fund, at such times as the Fund may reasonably reasonable require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including domestic securities deposited and/or maintained in a U.S. Securities System, relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this ContractContact; such reports reports, which shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail, as may reasonably be required by the Fund Fund, to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed, shall state in detail material inadequacies disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.
