REPORTS TO CLIENTS. Eclectic will send Client a report of his/her investments managed by Eclectic at least four times a year. Eclectic does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of information furnished by any other party.
REPORTS TO CLIENTS. By execution of this Agreement, Advisor accepts the appointment as investment advisor and agrees to direct the investments of the Account. It is agreed that Advisor, in the maintenance of its records, does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of information furnished by Client or any other party. Client will receive a brokerage statement from NFS and a quarterly report from Envestnet. Trade Confirmations. Client instructs AFS to send immediate trade confirmations to the appropriate investment advisor representative designated by Client on the Client’s brokerage account at NFS. AFS further represents that it will facilitate delivery of such trade confirmations to the appropriate investment advisor representative. Client acknowledges that AFS is instructed that, in lieu of receiving immediate confirmations, Client will receive a quarterly confirmation report.
REPORTS TO CLIENTS. Client will receive a monthly and quarterly statement listing all Account Assets from the Custodian. Custodian will promptly issue copies of confirmations of all executed transactions.
REPORTS TO CLIENTS. Berkshire will furnish the Client with a detailed quarterly appraisal, including account performance upon request.

  • Access to Financial Information Buyer’s representatives shall have access to, and Seller and its Affiliates shall cooperate with Buyer and furnish upon request, all financial and other information relating to the Hotel’s operations to the extent necessary to enable Buyer’s representatives to prepare audited financial statements in conformity with Regulation S-X of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and other applicable rules and regulations of the SEC and to enable them to prepare a registration statement, report or disclosure statement for filing with the SEC on behalf of Buyer or its Affiliates, whether before or after Closing and regardless of whether such information is included in the Records to be transferred to Buyer hereunder. Seller shall also provide to Buyer’s representative a signed representation letter in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Seller sufficient to enable an independent public accountant to render an opinion on the financial statements related to the Hotel. Buyer will reimburse Seller for costs reasonably incurred by Seller to comply with the requirements of the preceding sentence to the extent that Seller is required to incur costs not in the ordinary course of business for third parties to provide such representation letters. The provisions of this Section shall survive Closing or termination of this Contract.

  • Internet Access to Contract and Pricing Information Access by Authorized Users to Contract terms and pricing information shall be made available and publically posted on the OGS website. To that end, OGS shall publically post the Contract Pricelist, including all subsequent changes in the Contract offerings (adds, deletes, price revisions), Contractor contact information, and the Contract terms and conditions, throughout the Contract term.

  • Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. The employee shall receive a copy of the evaluation report at the time of signing. An evaluation report shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
