Common use of Reports and Rights of Inspection Clause in Contracts

Reports and Rights of Inspection. Company will keep, and will cause each Principal Subsidiary to keep, proper books of record and account in accordance with GAAP consistently applied (except for changes disclosed in the financial statements furnished to you pursuant to this Section and concurred in by the independent public accountants referred to in Section 6.11(b)), and will furnish to Administrative Agent for the benefit of Lenders (in duplicate if so specified below or otherwise requested):

Reports and Rights of Inspection. The Company will keep, and will cause each Principal Subsidiary to keep, proper books of record and account in sufficient detail to enable the preparation of consolidated and consolidating financial statements in accordance with GAAP consistently applied (except for changes disclosed in the financial statements furnished to you pursuant to this Section and concurred in by the independent public accountants referred to in Section 6.11(b))applied, and will furnish (or with respect to Administrative Agent for clause (g) below, will use its best efforts to furnish) to you so long as you are the benefit holder of Lenders any Note and to each other Institutional Holder of the then outstanding Notes (in duplicate if so specified below or otherwise requested):
