Company will keep, and will cause each Principal Subsidiary to keep, proper books of record and account in accordance with GAAP consistently applied (except for changes disclosed in the financial statements furnished to you pursuant to this Section and concurred in by the independent public accountants referred to in Section 6.11(b)), and will furnish to Administrative Agent for the benefit of Lenders (in duplicate if so specified below or otherwise requested):
