Reports and Reviews. The Contractor will promptly notify the “Academic Contact” and “Administrative Contact” of any student who becomes “inactive”. In addition, the COUNTY may require the PROFESSIONAL to provide an estimate of the overall percentage of completion. The COUNTY will monitor the PROFESSIONAL'S work product for compliance with project standards and criteria and may make comments and recommendations to the PROFESSIONAL regarding the work. However, any such monitoring or comments and recommendations by the COUNTY, or absence thereof, shall not relieve the PROFESSIONAL of any of its obligations under this Agreement. The PROFESSIONAL retains sole authority and responsibility for the adequacy and accuracy of its PROFESSIONAL SERVICES in accordance with generally accepted practices.

Reports and Reviews. Regular project progress reports under this MoU will be prepared jointly by the project collaborators and copies submitted to all parties.
