REPORTS AND/OR PRODUCTS. A. Reports in accordance with 2 CFR Part 215 and OMB Circular A-102, as appropriate, and the related federal agency regulations, as applicable, specifically 43 CFR Part 12 (Department of the Interior) and 7 CFR Parts 3015-3052 (Department of Agriculture), 22 CFR Part 518 (Department of Defense), 10 U.S.C. § 2358, 33 U.S.C. § 2323(a), 10 U.S.C. § 3036(d), and DOD 3210.6-R, Department of Defense Grant and Agreement Regulations (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Civil Works) establish uniform reporting procedures for financial and technical reporting.
REPORTS AND/OR PRODUCTS. The following items should be provided  Brief comparison of work proposed in the original 2017 SGWP Grant application and actual work done.  Brief description of the Project or components completed and how they achieve either or both of the following: o Serve SDAC(s) and support groundwater sustainability planning and management in the basin (Implementation Projects); and/or o Support planning, development, and/or preparation of GSP(s) that will comply with and meet the requirements of the GSP Regulations (GSP Development Projects).  Identify remaining work and mechanism for their implementation (Implementation Projects).  If applicable (e.g., if a DAC, EDA, or SDAC Cost Share Waiver was approved), a discussion of the benefits to DAC, EDA, and/or SDAC as part of this Grant Agreement.

COST & DISPOSITION OF FUNDS INFORMATION • A summary Table of invoices showing: ⮚ The date each invoice was submitted to State. ⮚ The amount of the invoice. ⮚ The date the check was received. ⮚ The amount of the check (If a check has not been received for the final invoice, then state so). • A spreadsheet summary of the original budget costs by task versus the final project costs ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • A final project schedule showing actual progress verse planned progress. • Certification from a California Registered Civil Engineer that the project was conducted in accordance with the approved Work Plan and any approved modifications thereto. • Submittal schedule for Monitoring Reports to be undertaken beyond the grant period and an outline of the proposed reporting format.

REPORTS AND/OR PRODUCTS. Summary of the regional priorities, objectives, and water management strategies of the IRWM Plan. • Brief comparison of work proposed in the original Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006 IRWM Implementation Grant application and actual work done. • Brief description of the projects completed and how they will further the goals identified in the Agency’s final approved IRWM Plan. • Describe how the implemented projects will meet the regional priorities identified in the final approved IRWM Plan and how the projects contribute to regional integration. • Identify remaining work and mechanism for their implementation. • Identify any changes to the IRWM Plan as result of project implementation. • Short description of the two year IRWM Plan update and the date when the updated Plan was submitted to DWR. • If applicable, a short discussion on how the IRWM Plan will assist in reducing dependence on Delta water supplies. • A discussion of the critical water supply or water quality benefits to DAC as part of this Grant Agreement

Related to REPORTS AND/OR PRODUCTS

  • REPORTS AND/OR DELIVERABLES A. Specific projects or activities within this agreement will be tracked and reported by quarterly submission of a SF-425 Federal Financial Report (FFR) and quarterly submission of a Performance Report. A final SF-425 and Performance Report shall be submitted at the completion of the Agreement. The following reporting period end dates shall be used for interim reports: 3/31, 6/30, 9/30, 12/31. For final the SF-425 and Performance Report, the reporting period end date shall be the end date of the agreement. Interim reports shall be submitted no later than 30 days after the end of each reporting period. Annual and final reports shall be submitted no later than 90 days after the end period date. All reports shall be submitted via email to the NPS Awarding Officer with a copy to the NPS Agreements Technical Representative via email.

  • Exclusion of Products and Services If a deliverable or service that is subject to this Agreement is deleted, lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged, sold, replaced, or otherwise disposed of, the CPO may exclude it from the operation of this Agreement by notifying Contractor in writing. The notice takes effect immediately on its receipt by Contractor. More than one notice may be given. When a notice is received, Contractor shall delete the charge for the excluded deliverable or service from the sum(s) otherwise due under this Agreement.

  • Ownership of Documents, Reports and Other Products All documents, reports and any other products developed and/or delivered to the Authority under this Agreement shall become and be the property of the Authority.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Other Products and Services As our customer, you have access to a suite of financial products and services availed by ourselves, our affiliates and strategic partners designed to help you address and achieve your financial needs and goals. You agree that you can obtain information about such Products and Services via our website xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx and you further agree that we can from time to time communicate information in relation to such Products or Services to you specifically or generally to all cardmembers via such communication mode as we consider appropriate.

  • Sale of Other Materials Forest Service re- serves the right to sell from Sale Area during the period of this contract any materials or products not subject to its terms, but shall not permit removal, possession, or use thereof that will materially interfere with Purchaser’s Op- erations. Purchaser shall not be obligated to do any work made necessary by the action of others.

  • Products Products available under this Contract are limited to Software, including Software as a Service, products and related products as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their product offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of products awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above. Vendor may not add a manufacturer’s product line which was not included in the Vendor’s response to the solicitation described in Section 1.B above.

  • Other Materials On each date on which the Company is required to deliver a certificate pursuant to Section 7(l), the Company shall have furnished to the Agent such appropriate further information, opinions, certificates, letters and other documents as the Agent may reasonably request. All such opinions, certificates, letters and other documents will be in compliance with the provisions hereof.

  • Operator Materials Operator retains all right, title and interest in and to any and all of Operator’s software, materials, tools, forms, documentation, training and implementation materials and intellectual property (“Operator Materials”). Operator grants to the LEA a personal, nonexclusive license to use the Operator Materials for its own non-commercial, incidental use as set forth in the Service Agreement. Operator represents that it has all intellectual property rights necessary to enter into and perform its obligations in this DPA and the Service Agreement, warrants to the District that the District will have use of any intellectual property contemplated by the Service Agreement free and clear of claims of any nature by any third Party including, without limitation, copyright or patent infringement claims, and agrees to indemnify the District for any related claims.

  • Use of Products 3.28.1 In the performance of this contract, Consultant shall make maximum use of products containing recovered materials that are EPA-designated items unless the product cannot be acquired (i) competitively within a timeframe providing for compliance with the contract performance schedule; (ii) meeting contract performance requirements; or (iii) at a reasonable price.
