Common use of Reports and Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Reports and Monitoring. a. CABHI shall, on reasonable notice, have the right to conduct reviews of the Milestones, including on-site inspections. Company agrees to cooperate with CABHI and to provide CABHI with reasonably necessary documents in connection therewith. CABHI and its personnel will, when accessing Company’s site, comply with all applicable policies and regulations of which they are made aware.
