Reports and Monitoring. 5.1 The Awardee(s) will submit written Reports to the Academy of the description, and by the dates specified in Annex B. These Reports shall follow the guidelines provided by the Academy, and include:

Party B shall, within 90 days following the end of each calendar year, make and submit to Party A an annual report with regard to the Investment Management Services ("Annual Report"). The Annual Report shall include information on profits of the various investments of Entrusted Assets and the average investment rate of return for the Entrusted Assets for that year.
Reports and Monitoring a. CABHI shall, on reasonable notice, have the right to conduct reviews of the Milestones, including on-site inspections. Company agrees to cooperate with CABHI and to provide CABHI with reasonably necessary documents in connection therewith. CCCOE will provide the Settlement Expert with access to items deemed necessary by the Settlement Expert for monitoring purposes, including, but not limited to, the items described in Section 4.1.8, during and prior to the Term of the Agreement. The Settlement Expert will then prepare periodic monitoring reports detailing the actions taken to implement the Expert Report and provide a copy of each such monitoring report, along with a summary listing any and all materials relied upon by the Settlement Expert in drafting such report with any confidential information which would reveal the identity of a minor redacted, to the Parties.
Reports and Monitoring. PAR shall provide NORTEC with quarterly written reports on the efforts to obtain marketing approval in the Territory with supporting documentation reasonably requested by NORTEC. As a minimum monitoring requirement, the Recipient shall take photos of the Project Site from at least two different locations on the Project Site, before the commencement of the project (‘before’ photos), and on the completion of the Project (‘after’ photos). Reports and Monitoring. 8.1 In order to ensure that the Staff and the resources of the MCATP and the DHTP are being shared on a fair and equitable basis in accordance with this Agreement the MCATP and DHTP will be required to provide the MCATP Public Sector Partners and the DHTP Public Sector Partners with monthly reports demonstrating to the satisfaction of the MCATP Public Sector Partners and the DHTP Public Sector Partners the equal contribution of the Staff and the resources of the MCATP and DHTP towards the achievement of the MCATP Strategy and Plan and the DHTP Strategy and Plan. Reports and Monitoring. 11.1 The MHRC may inspect the Project at any reasonable time for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the progress and status of the Project, certifying the validity of requests for advancement of any of the NHA Contribution under this Agreement, and ensuring that the funding is being applied towards the Eligible Costs of the Project as required by this Agreement. The Recipient shall cooperate in any such inspection, and shall permit the MHRC and its representative’s access at all reasonable times to the Project, to records relating to the Project, and to the Recipient's property for these purposes.
Reports and Monitoring. 13.1 The Manager shall report to the Partners on a quarterly and annual basis in accordance with clause 14.1 of the LPA and shall have an evaluation meeting with the Board of Advisors on a six monthly basis to discuss the reports and its performance against KPIs.
