Common use of Reports and Filings Clause in Contracts

Reports and Filings. Provide reasonable assistance as needed in the preparation of (but not pay for) all periodic reports by Trust or the Series to shareholders of the Series and all reports and filings required to maintain the registration and qualification of the Series, or to meet other regulatory or tax requirements applicable to the Series, under federal and state securities and tax laws. Sub-Adviser shall review draft reports to shareholders, Registration Statements or portions thereof that relate to the Series or the Sub-Adviser and other documents provided to the Sub-Adviser, provide comments on such drafts on a timely basis, and provide certifications or sub-certifications on a timely basis as to the accuracy of the information contained in such reports or other documents. Sub-Adviser will prepare and cause to be filed in a timely manner Form 13F and, if required, Schedule 13G with respect to securities held for the account of the Series that is advised by Sub-Adviser.
