Common use of Reports and Filings Clause in Contracts

Reports and Filings. Assist in the preparation of (but not pay for) all periodic reports by each Series or its Class R6 to shareholders of such Series or Class and all reports and filings required to maintain the registration and qualification of the Series and its Class R6 shares, or to meet other regulatory or tax requirements applicable to the Series or its Class R6, under federal and state securities and tax laws.
