Neither the review nor the approval of the work or services of the Professional Services Consultant or of any subconsultants performed in connection with the Project by any person or body, including, but not limited to, the Owner, shall relieve the Professional Services Consultant or any subconsultants from their duty to utilize and comply with the above-referenced standard of professional care in the performance of their duties hereunder.
