Reports Accurate. All Monthly Reports (if prepared by the Seller, or to the extent that information contained therein is supplied by the Seller), information, exhibits, financial statements, documents, books, records or reports furnished or to be furnished by the Seller to the Administrative Agent or any Purchaser in connection with this Agreement are true, complete and correct, and no Monthly Report contains any untrue statement of a material fact or omits to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements contained therein not misleading.
