Reporting to Work Pay. Any worker who reports for work (except when given notification not to report to work 2 hours prior to shift), and for whom no work is provided, shall receive four (4) hours pay. Any worker who reports for work and for whom work is provided, shall be paid for actual time worked but not less than four (4) hours. If the job is shut down because of adverse conditions that prevent work and are beyond the control of the Contractor, workers shall be paid for actual time worked but not less than two (2) hours. Procedures for the Contractor to use to cancel work shall be agreed upon at the pre-job conference.

Reporting to Work Pay. An employee, who reports for work at his/her regular time and who has not been given at least twelve (12) hours advance notice not to report to work, shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours of straight-time pay. If held at work over three (3) hours, the employee will be paid for actual time worked. If, however, the employee is held at work over six (6) hours, s/he shall be paid a full days’ pay (1/5th of one (1) weeks’ pay).

  • CAISO and Participating TO Obligations The CAISO and Participating TO shall cause the Participating TO’s Transmission System to be operated and controlled in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA. The Participating TO at the Interconnection Customer’s expense shall cause the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities to be operated, maintained and controlled in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA. The CAISO and Participating TO may provide operating instructions to the Interconnection Customer consistent with this LGIA and Participating TO and CAISO operating protocols and procedures as they may change from time to time. The Participating TO and CAISO will consider changes to their operating protocols and procedures proposed by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Returning to Work After a Period of Parental Leave (a) An employee will notify of their intention to return to work after a period of parental leave at least four weeks prior to the expiration of the leave.

  • Modified Work/Return to Work Programs The Hospital and the Union recognize the purpose of modified work/return to work programs, is to provide fair and consistent practices for accommodating nurses who have been ill, injured or permanently disabled, to enable their early and safe return to work. The parties undertake to provide safe and meaningful employment for both permanently or temporarily disabled nurses based on the following principles:

  • Participating TO Retail Metering The Participating TO may install retail revenue quality meters and associated equipment, pursuant to the Participating TO’s applicable retail tariffs.

  • Return to Work Program When feasible, the Employer will provide alternative work opportunities to employees injured on the job. The Employer shall work closely with the employee and his/her physician to determine if and when the employee can return to modified duty, and what assignments and/or activity level restrictions must be adhered to.

  • Return to Work Programs (a) The parties recognize that prevention of injuries and rehabilitation of injured employees are equally important goals. The parties further recognize that return to work programs are part of a continuum of injury prevention and rehabilitation.

  • Participating TO Obligations The Participating TO shall maintain the Participating TO’s Transmission System and the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA.
