REPORTING TIME. 10D.01 Any employee, after being hired and reporting for work at the regular reporting time and for whom no work is provided, shall receive pay for two (2) hours at the regular rate of wages. Any employee who reports for work and for whom work is provided shall receive pay for the actual time worked, but not less than two (2) hours at the regular rate of wages, unless they have been notified before leaving their home not to report.
