Common use of REPORTING TIME Clause in Contracts

REPORTING TIME. Any employee reporting for work on their regular scheduled time who is sent home through no fault of their own shall be paid for four (4) hours work at the regular rate of pay, but the employee must remain available for work for the four (4) hour period they are being paid. ARTICLE THIRTY-SEVEN (37) - PAID FOR TIME
