Reporting Time Compensation. Any employee who is scheduled to report for work for a scheduled work shift of at least four (4) hours and who presents themselves as scheduled, shall be entitled to at least four (4) hours of work or four (4) hours pay at their regular straight time hourly pay rate or overtime, whichever is applicable. Any employee who is scheduled to report for work for a scheduled shift of less than four (4) hours and who presents themselves as scheduled, shall be entitled to at least the scheduled hours of work or pay for the scheduled hours at their regular straight time hourly pay rate or overtime, whichever is applicable. Should an employee be excused from work due to illness or at their own request they shall receive pay only for hours actually worked, plus compensation for any hours charged to sick leave, vacation, or compensatory time off.

  • Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.
