Reporting Sick. 1 Employees are obliged to notify the employer as soon as possible if they are prevented from performing their work due to illness or disability.
Reporting Sick. Regular Employees reporting sick shall do so to the Employer as soon as possible in order that a replacement may be arranged for or duties re-distributed. Failing to do so, the Regular Employee shall be considered absent without leave and the Employer may make a deduction in pay for the time which expires between the time the Regular Employee should have reported for work and the time at which the Regular Employee reported.

Reporting Sick. An employee who cannot work due to illness, accident or occupational injury shall as quickly as possible report this to the bank in accordance with applicable instructions and at the same time report when he/she ex- pects to return to work again. If the bank so requests, the employee shall submit a written assurance stating that he/she has been ill, the extent of the reduction in working capacity and the days on which work would have been performed. If the period of sickness continues after the 14th calendar day, the employee shall as quickly as possible notify the bank thereof, if so required.

A bus or train operator who is unable to report for duty because of illness or injury shall make a proper report to that effect to his or her Transportation Supervisor, in the case of train operators the Transportation Supervisor or Station Clerk not later than one-half (1/2) hour, before his or her report time. If an operator so reports, he or she will be excused and marked "sick", and the following procedure will apply:
