Common use of REPORTING PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

REPORTING PROVISIONS. a) By August 1, 2018, the district will submit to OCR, for its review and approval, a draft of the letter developed in accordance with Section III.E.1. If OCR requires any changes to the letter, the district will re-submit the letter within 30 calendar days of receiving notice of the required revisions from OCR. OCR and the district will repeat this process until OCR has approved the letter.
