Common use of REPORTING PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

REPORTING PROVISIONS. a. By January 11, 2019, the district will submit to OCR, for its review and approval, a draft of its revised procedures. If OCR requires any changes to the revised procedures, the district will re-submit the revised procedures within 30 calendar days of receiving notice of the required revisions from OCR. The district and OCR will continue this process until OCR approves the revised procedures.

REPORTING PROVISIONS. a. a) By January 11November 1, 20192017, the district will submit to OCR a copy of its proposed policies and procedures for OCR, for its ’s review and approval, a draft of its revised procedures. If OCR requires any changes revisions to the revised proposed policies and procedures, the district will re-submit make the revised revisions and resubmit the policies and procedures within 30 calendar 20 days of receiving OCR’s notice of the required revisions from OCRrevisions. The OCR and the district and OCR will continue repeat this process until OCR approves the revised policies and procedures.
