Reporting Performance. Within 25 working days of the end of each financial quarter, the Chief Executive of HSL will provide the Chief Executive of HSE with information on performance against each target in the quarter and report on progress towards achieving the targets and variances from profiled performance. Reporting Performance. Reports of performance shall be filed with the Employee Services Director for all nonmanagement permanent employees at least once a year. For all probationers, a performance evaluation report shall be submitted by the end of the sixth month. For probationary Firefighters personnel, reports shall be submitted at the end of the sixth and eleventh month of employment. Additional performance reports may be requested on any employee by the Employee Services Director. Additional reports may also be submitted by the employee's Department Head if the Department Head feels the employee's performance justifies the submission of the special report.
Reporting Performance. Virtù will provide Donor with one (1) progress report and one (1) final report over the course of the investment period. Virtù will provide the first progress report in early May of the investment period, and the final report will be provided at the end of the investment period in December. The reports provided to Donor will include a listing of all holdings of the fund as well as the fund’s total earnings to date.
Reporting Performance. Narragansett Electric will file an annual performance incentive mechanism report with the PUC no later than March 1 annually (1) comparing the Company’s performance relative to each performance incentive mechanism target; (2) describing the savings achieved, (3) calculating incentives earned, including proration of any incentives related to metric achievement between the minimum, midpoint, and the maximum target levels, and (4) any targets not achieved. Narragansett Electric will file a mid- year update on or before September 1 annually that describes the Company’s progress toward each Performance Incentive Mechanism metric target and the actions taken by the Company to achieve target performance. The mid-year update will also include an assessment of whether and, for the Annual MW Capacity Savings performance incentive mechanism, through which measures the Company expects to meet its annual performance incentive mechanism targets.

During the coming year, recognising our commitment to provide an annual report detailing progress towards achieving what is set out in this Agreement, Sustaining Shetland will be slightly amended, to include all of the indicators contained in Section 2 of this document. This will be reported in October each year through the statutory signatories and the Community Planning Partnership itself. As well as producing an annual report that draws together the overall performance, partners will use already established reporting channels to track their progress in delivering the areas they are responsible for. These include - Council performance reviews, reports to Committees and Boards. As such, the members of each of these bodies will have a role to play in holding their officers to account for delivery of the Agreement. Current approaches to reporting performance to the public vary across community planning partners. The further development of this shared approach, focusing on common outcomes, presents an opportunity for performance reporting to be more joined-up between partners. This will be further explored with regard to public performance reporting arrangements in the future.
Reporting Performance. The SOA Annual Report for last year’s SOA – 2010/11, will amalgamate the style of previous Sustaining Shetland Reports with the Government’s requirement for reporting on the SOA. This will provide an annual statement for Shetland, and eliminate any duplication. This report will also summarise the performance of each of the Strategic Partnerships. Up until 2009, Shetland’s area profile was available through annual Sustaining Shetland reports13.   • Service Performance All Services provided by the Agency shall be performed in a diligent, safe, courteous, and timely manner in accordance with this Contract and the Associated federal requirements.

  • Software Performance HP warrants that its branded software products will conform materially to their specifications and be free of malware at the time of delivery. HP warranties for software products will begin on the date of delivery and unless otherwise specified in Supporting Material, will last for ninety (90) days. HP does not warrant that the operation of software products will be uninterrupted or error-free or that software products will operate in hardware and software combinations other than as authorized by HP in Supporting Material.

  • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE Agencies shall report any vendor failure to perform according to the requirements of this contract on Complaint to Vendor, form PUR 7017. Should the vendor fail to correct the problem within a prescribed period of time, then form PUR 7029, Request for Assistance, is to be filed with this office.

  • School Performance The School shall achieve an accountability designation of Good Standing or Honor on each of the three sections of the Performance Framework. In the event the School is a party to a third party management contract which includes a deficit protection clause, the School shall be exempt from some or all measures within the financial portion of the Performance Framework. In accordance with Charter School Law, the Authorizer shall renew any charter in which the public charter school met all of the terms of its performance certificate at the time of renewal.

  • Continuing Performance Each party is required to continue to perform its obligations under this contract pending final resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract, unless to do so would be impossible or impracticable under the circumstances.

  • TIMELY PERFORMANCE (a) SELLER's timely performance is a critical element of this Contract.

  • REGISTRY PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS

  • Product Performance Contractor hereby warrants and represents that the Products acquired by the Authorized User under the terms and conditions of this Contract conform to the specifications, performance standards and documentation in the Authorized User Agreement., and the documentation fully describes the proper procedure for using the Products. Contractor further warrants and represents that if the Products acquired by the Authorized User pursuant to an Authorized User Agreement under this Contract include software application development, software application customization, software programming, software integration or similar items (“Software Deliverables”) then such Software Deliverables shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and conform with all requirements of the Contract and Authorized User Agreement for the warranty period of one (1) year from the date of acceptance of the completed project (“Project warranty period”). Contractor also warrants that the Products, in the form provided to the Authorized User, do not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other right of any third party.

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).
