Common use of Reporting of Information by Paying Agents Clause in Contracts

Reporting of Information by Paying Agents. (1) Where interest payments, as defined in Article 8 of this Agreement, are made by a paying agen established in the Republic of Estonia to beneficial owners, as defined in Article 5 of this Agreement who are residents of Jersey, or where the provisions of Article 3(1)(a) of this Agreement apply, the paying agent shall report to its competent authority:

Reporting of Information by Paying Agents. (1) Where interest payments, as defined in Article 8 of this Agreement, are made by a paying agen established in the Republic of Estonia Slovenia to beneficial owners, as defined in Article 5 of this Agreement who are residents of Jersey, or where the provisions of Article 3(1)(a) of this Agreement apply, the paying agent shall report to its competent authority:

(1) Where interest payments, as defined in Article 8 of this Agreement, are made by a paying agen established in the Republic of Estonia Finland to beneficial owners, as defined in Article 5 of this Agreement who are residents of Jersey, or where the provisions of Article 3(1)(a) of this Agreement apply, the paying agent agen shall report to its competent authority:

(1) Where interest payments, as defined in Article 8 of this Agreement, are made by a paying agen agent established in the Slovak Republic of Estonia to beneficial owners, as defined in Article 5 of this Agreement Agreement, who are residents of Jersey, or where the provisions of Article 3(1)(a) of this Agreement apply, the paying agent shall report to its competent authority:;

(1) Where interest payments, as defined in Article 8 of this Agreement, are made by a paying agen established in the Republic of Estonia Poland to beneficial owners, as defined in Article 5 of this Agreement Agreement, who are residents of Jersey, or where the provisions of Article 3(1)(a) of this Agreement apply, the paying agent shall report to its competent authority:

(1) Where interest payments, as defined in Article 8 of this Agreement, are made by a paying agen established in the Republic of Estonia Lithuania to beneficial owners, as defined in Article 5 of this Agreement who are residents of Jersey, or where the provisions of Article 3(1)(a) of this Agreement apply, the paying agent shall report to its competent authority:

(1) Where interest payments, as defined in Article 8 of this Agreement, are made by a paying agen established in the Hellenic Republic of Estonia to beneficial owners, as defined in Article 5 of this Agreement Agreement, who are residents of Jersey, or where the provisions of Article 3(1)(a3(l)(a) of this Agreement apply, the paying agent shall report to its competent authority:
