Common use of Reporting Issuer Clause in Contracts

Reporting Issuer. The Purchaser is a reporting issuer under the Securities Act (Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec) and is not in default of any requirement of securities or corporate laws, regulations, orders, notices and policies;

Reporting Issuer. The Purchaser is a “reporting issuer under issuer” in the Securities Act (Alberta, Provinces of British Columbia, Ontario Alberta and Quebec) and Ontario, is not in default of in any requirement of securities or corporate material respect under any Applicable Laws in such jurisdictions and is in compliance, in all material respects, with the by-laws, regulationsrules, orders, notices policies and policies;regulations of the Exchange.

Reporting Issuer. The Purchaser is a reporting issuer under the Securities Act (Alberta, securities laws of the Province of British Columbia, Ontario Columbia and Quebec) Alberta and is not in default of any requirement requirements of such securities or corporate lawslaws and is not included on a list of defaulting reporting issuers maintained by the securities regulatory authorities of such provinces, regulations, orders, notices and policies;as applicable.

Reporting Issuer. The Purchaser is a reporting issuer under the provisions of the Securities Act (Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario Quebec) and Quebecthe Securities Act (Ontario) and is not in default of any requirement of securities or corporate laws, regulations, orders, notices and policies;the requirements of either of the said Acts relating to continuous disclosure.

Reporting Issuer. The Purchaser is a “reporting issuer issuer” in British Columbia and Ontario (as that term is defined under the applicable Securities Act (Alberta, Laws in the Provinces of British Columbia, Ontario Columbia and QuebecOntario) and is not in material default of any requirement of securities or corporate laws, regulations, orders, notices and policies;such Securities Laws.

Reporting Issuer. The Purchaser is a reporting issuer under in good standing in the Securities Act (province of British Columbia and Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec) and is not in default of any requirement of securities or applicable securities, taxation and corporate lawslegislation, regulations, orders, notices and policies;or policies in force therein.
