Common use of Reporting Issuer Clause in Contracts

Reporting Issuer. The Company is a reporting issuer in the provinces of British Columbia and Ontario and is not included in a list of defaulting reporting issuers maintained by the Ontario Securities Commission under the Securities Act (Ontario) or the British Columbia Securities Commission under the Securities Act (British Columbia).

Reporting Issuer. The Company is a reporting issuer not in default for the provinces purposes of the securities legislation of British Columbia and Ontario and is not included in a list of defaulting reporting issuers maintained by the Ontario Securities Commission under the Securities Act (Ontario) or the British Columbia Securities Commission under the Securities Act (British Columbia).

Reporting Issuer. The Company is a reporting issuer in each of the provinces of British Columbia Columbia, Alberta and Ontario and is not included in a list default of defaulting reporting issuers maintained by the Ontario any of its obligations under applicable Securities Commission under the Securities Act (Ontario) or the British Columbia Securities Commission under the Securities Act (British Columbia).Laws of such provinces;

Reporting Issuer. The Company Corporation is a reporting issuer in the provinces Province of British Columbia and Ontario and is a foreign private issuer under the U.S. Securities Act, and is not included aware of any deficiencies in a the filing of any documents or reports with the NASDAQ or with any Securities Regulatory Authorities that would cause it to be placed on the list of defaulting reporting issuers maintained by the Ontario Securities Commission under the Securities Act (Ontario) or the British Columbia Securities Commission under the Securities Act (British Columbia)in those jurisdictions.

Reporting Issuer. The Company is currently a "reporting issuer issuer" (as such term is defined in the provinces applicable securities legislation) under the laws of British Columbia Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Ontario Nova Scotia and is not currently included in on a list of defaulting reporting issuers maintained by the Ontario Securities Commission under the Securities Act (Ontario) or the British Columbia Securities Commission under the Securities Act (in any of British Columbia), Alberta, Ontario, Quebec or Nova Scotia.

Reporting Issuer. The Company is a reporting issuer in under the provinces securities legislation of British Columbia Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario Ontario, and is not included in a list default of defaulting reporting issuers maintained by its obligations to file periodic reports and other documents with the Ontario Canadian Securities Commission under the Securities Act (Ontario) or the British Columbia Securities Commission under the Securities Act (British Columbia)Administrators in those jurisdictions pursuant to National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations.
