Reporting, Investigation and Sanctions. It is the express desire of the Board to encourage victims of, or witnesses to, sexual harassment to report such claims through the district's complaint process (AC-R). Employees who feel that their superiors are conditioning promotions, increases in wages, continuation of employment, or other terms or conditions of employment upon agreement to unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature, are encouraged to report these conditions to the appropriate administrator or to the district's compliance officer. All reports of sexual harassment received by any district employee shall be promptly forwarded to the compliance officer (AC-E-1). The compliance officer shall ensure that every complaint is promptly investigated and responded to as set forth in the district's complaint and compliance process (AC-R). No reprisals or retaliation shall be allowed to occur as a result of the good faith reporting of charges of sexual harassment. Requests for confidentiality shall be honored so long as doing so does not preclude the district from responding effectively to the harassment and preventing such conduct in the future. Any employee found to have engaged in sexual harassment shall be subject to sanctions, including, but not limited to, warning or reprimand, suspension, or termination, subject to applicable procedural requirements. Conduct of a sexual nature directed toward students shall, in appropriate circumstances, be reported as child abuse for investigation by appropriate authorities in conformity with policy JLF. Filing of a complaint or otherwise reporting sexual harassment shall not reflect upon the individual's status or affect future employment or work assignments. All matters involving sexual harassment complaints shall remain confidential to the extent possible.

Reporting, Investigation and Sanctions. 3.1 It is the express policy of the District to encourage victims of harassment on the basis of protected characteristics to report such claims. This may be done through the employee grievance resolution procedure or by reporting such matters to the principal, assistant superintendents, or the superintendent.

  • Compliance Investigations Upon City’s request, Contractor agrees to provide to City, within sixty calendar days, a truthful and complete list of the names of all subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers that Contractor has used in the past five years on any of its contracts that were undertaken within San Diego County, including the total dollar amount paid by Contractor for each subcontract or supply contract. Contractor further agrees to fully cooperate in any investigation conducted by City pursuant to City's Nondiscrimination in Contracting Ordinance. Contractor understands and agrees that violation of this clause shall be considered a material breach of the Contract and may result in Contract termination, debarment, and other sanctions.

  • STRIKES AND SANCTIONS 19.1 The Association and the Board subscribe to the principle that differences shall be resolved by peaceful and appropriate means without interruption of the school program. The Association, therefore, agrees that it will not sponsor nor support any strike, sanction, work stoppage, or other concerted refusal to perform work by the teachers covered by this Agreement, nor any instigation thereof, during the life of this Agreement, nor shall the Board engage in any form of lockout against teachers.

  • Penalties and Sanctions 7.1 The Scheduling Coordinator shall be subject to all penalties made applicable to Scheduling Coordinators set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Grievance Investigations Where an employee has asked or is obliged to be represented by the Institute in relation to the presentation of a grievance and an employee acting on behalf of the Institute wishes to discuss the grievance with that employee, the employee and the representative of the employee will, where operational requirements permit, be given reasonable leave with pay for this purpose when the discussion takes place in the headquarters area of such employee and leave without pay when it takes place outside the headquarters area of such employee.

  • Background and/or Criminal History Investigation Prior to commencement of any services, background and/or criminal history investigation of the Vendor’s employees and subcontractors who will be providing services to the Customer under the Contract may be performed by the Customer. Should any employee or subcontractor of the Vendor who will be providing services to the Customer under the Contract not be acceptable to the Customer as a result of the background and/or criminal history check, then Customer may immediately terminate its Purchase Order and related Service Agreement or request replacement of the employee or subcontractor in question.

  • Complaints Investigation ‌ An employee who complains of harassment under the provisions of the Human Rights Code of British Columbia may refer the complaint to either one or other of the following processes:

  • Internal Investigations (A) The parties recognize that Florida Highway Patrol personnel occupy a special place in American society. Therefore, it is understood that the state has the right to expect that a professional standard of conduct be adhered to by all Florida Highway Patrol personnel regardless of rank or assignment. Since internal investigations may be undertaken to inquire into complaints of Florida Highway Patrol misconduct, the state reserves the right to conduct such investigations to uncover the facts in each case, but expressly agrees to carefully guard and protect the rights and dignity of accused personnel. In the course of an internal investigation, the investigative methods employed will be consistent with the law (including but not limited to section 112.532, Florida Statutes) and this agreement; nothing in this agreement, however, shall be deemed to diminish the rights of employees under applicable law.

  • Cooperation with Investigations You agree to cooperate with us in the investigation of unusual transactions, poor quality transmissions, and resolution of customer claims, including by providing, upon request and without further cost, any originals or copies of items deposited through the Service in your possession and your records relating to such items and transmissions.

  • BREACH SANCTIONS 19.1 Failure by CONTRACTOR to comply with any of the provisions, covenants, or conditions of this Contract shall be a material breach of this Contract. In such event, ADMINISTRATOR may, and in addition to immediate termination and any other remedies available at law, in equity, or otherwise specified in this Contract:
