Reporting Information Security Incidents. Supplier shall report Security Incidents through appropriate communications channels in accordance with the Enterprise MSA, Participation Agreement or Business Associate Agreement, as applicable. All employees, contractors, and third-party users shall be made aware of their responsibility to report any Security Incidents as quickly as possible. Formal Security Incidents reporting procedures to support Supplier's corporate policy shall be established, together with an incident response and escalation procedure, setting out the action to be taken on receipt of a report of a Security Incident, treating the breach as discovered, and the timelines of reporting and response. Supplier standards are specified for the time required for system administrators and other personnel to report anomalous events to the incident handling team, the mechanisms for such reporting, and the kind of information that should be included in the incident notification.
