Common use of Reporting for Duty Clause in Contracts

Reporting for Duty. Each employee is required to notify his on duty supervisor as soon as he knows he will be absent, but no later than one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start of his shift. If unable to contact the on duty supervisor the employee must contact the dispatch office to advise of the absence.
