Reporting for Duty. 1. Employees have a responsibility to report to work ready, willing, able, and in proper attire promptly at the beginning of their scheduled work period. Notwithstanding Sections 10.1(2) and 11.3(4), employees must be in their assigned duty uniform at all times during their work shift. Clean-up time authorized IAW Section 11.10 may not be used to change into or out of civilian clothes.
