Reporting by the Company. The Company agrees that during the term of the Warrants it will use its best efforts to keep current in the filing of all forms and other materials, if any, which it may be required to file with the appropriate regulatory authority pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), and all other forms and reports required to be filed with any regulatory authority having jurisdiction over the Company.
Reporting by the Company. The Company agrees that, if it files a Registration Statement during the term of the Representative's Warrants, it will use its best efforts to keep current in the filing of all forms and other materials which it may be required to file with the appropriate regulatory authority pursuant to the Exchange Act, and all other forms and reports required to be filed with any regulatory authority having jurisdiction over the Company.

The Company agrees that, if it files a Registration Statement during the term of the Underwriters' Warrants, it will use its best reasonable efforts to keep current in the filing of all forms and other materials which it may be required to file with the appropriate regulatory authority pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and all other forms and reports required to be filed with any regulatory authority having jurisdiction over the Company.
Reporting by the Company. The Company agrees that, during the term of the Warrants, it will use its best efforts to keep current in the filing of all forms and other materials which it may be required to file with the appropriate regulatory authority pursuant to the Exchange Act and all other forms and reports required to be filed with any regulatory authority having jurisdiction over the Company. The Company will take such further action as any Holder may reasonably request, all to the extent required from time to time to enable such Holder to sell Warrant Shares without registration under the Act within the limitation of the exemptions provided by (a) Rule 144 under the Act, as such Rule may be amended from time to time, or (b) any similar rule or regulation hereafter adopted by the Commission.
Reporting by the Company. The Company shall send to the Reinsurer the following reports within the time periods as shown in each subparagraph below. The Company shall make its best effort to send the reports described in Paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) within twenty (20) days after the end of each respective reporting period whenever administratively practicable.

Reporting by the Company. The Company agrees that during the term of the Warrants and as long as you hold Underlying Securities, it will use its best efforts to keep current in the filing of all forms and other materials, if any, which it may be required
Reporting by the Company. The Company shall keep current in the filing of all forms and other materials, if any, which it may be required to file pursuant to the Exchange Act and shall use its best efforts to keep current in the filing of all other forms and reports required to be filed with any governmental securities regulatory authority having jurisdiction over the Company.
Reporting by the Company. The Company agrees that during the term of the Warrants, it will use its best efforts to keep current in the filing of all forms and other materials which it may be required to file with the appropriate regulatory authority pursuant to the Exchange Act.
