Reporting Assaults. 1. Teachers shall immediately report cases of assault suffered by them in connection with their employment to their principal or other immediate superior.
Reporting Assaults. Employees shall report as soon as possible cases of assault suffered by them in connection with their employment to their Principal or immediate Supervisor. A separate report may be filed by the employee with the police and/or the Association. The Principal or immediate Supervisor shall in no way hinder the making of such a report, and will offer assistance in making the report if requested.
