REPORTING APPARENT VIOLATIONS OF LAW. 4.1 Any employee who obtains knowledge of facts that reasonably lead such employee to a good faith belief that any other employee or official of the. District is violating any state or federal law in the discharge of his or her duties, shall, within ten (10) working days of learning such facts, report such facts in writing to the Superintendent or designee.

  • Liability for Failure to Make Transfers If we do not complete a transfer to or from your account on time or in the correct amount according to our agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages. However, there are some exceptions. We will not be liable, for instance:

  • Accommodations of Spiritual or Cultural Observances Where an employee observes a cultural/spiritual day other than those listed above, the employee shall submit their request in January of each year for the twelve (12) month period following March 1st, identifying the required date they need off.
