Common use of Reporting and Review Clause in Contracts

Reporting and Review. Each Party shall keep the other Party reasonably and regularly informed in connection with the preparation of all Regulatory Materials, Regulatory Authority review of Regulatory Materials, and Regulatory Approvals, in each case with respect to the Product for sale in the Field whether within the Territory or outside the Territory. Each Party shall provide the other Party, in a timely manner, with copies and, where available, English translations of all notices, questions, and requests for information in tangible form which it receives from a Regulatory Authority with respect to the Finished Product for sale in the Field; provided, however that such Party shall have the right to redact any information to the extent not related to the Finished Product for sale in the Field.

Each Upon reasonable request, each Party shall provide the other Party, in a timely manner, with copies and, where available, English translations of all material notices, questions, and requests for information in tangible form which it receives from a Regulatory Governmental Authority with respect to the Finished Product for sale in the FieldProduct; provided, however however, that such Party shall have the right to redact any information to the extent not related to the Finished Product for sale in the FieldProduct.
