Reporting and Information. When reporting any Fault to Pacnet, Customer shall furnish to Pacnet via PSC: (a) full name of Company; (b) Caller information; (c) Service Information; (d) Pacnet Circuit ID or IP address; (e) Fault details and duration; and (f) any other information required by Pacnet to identify Customer and/or the Fault, and for the purposes of Fault rectification. Upon Customer furnishing of sufficient information as mentioned above and upon the PSC’s confirmation of the validity of the Fault based on information by Customer, Pacnet will issue a trouble ticket (“Ticket”) for the Fault so reported by Customer. PSC shall act as single point of contact for the management of the Fault and shall arrange for problem investigation and resolution.
Reporting and Information. Grantee shall provide information and documentation to DCV before any changes are made to the Proposal submitted in the Scope of Work. Grantee shall provide to DCV reports of Program work, expenditures, and requirements described in Maintenance Requirements, Paragraph 10. Grantee shall use the report formatting provided by DCV, which DCV reserves the right to change at any time. Upon request, Grantee shall provide any additional pertinent information to assist DCV or the City in assessing the work funded by the Grant and its status.

Reporting and Information. (a) The Manager shall furnish to each Member the reports and invoices delivered to the Company pursuant to the CC Project Documents upon receipt by the Company and the reports described on Schedule 7.8 as and when indicated on Schedule 7.8.
Reporting and Information. Teraverde will report directly to the Company designated project manager. The Company shall furnish or cause to be furnished to Teraverde such information as Teraverde reasonably believes appropriate to the execution of the Services. Termination: Although Teraverde highly values continuing client relationships, the Company has the right to terminate the Services upon reasonable prior written notice to that effect. Because of the nature of the consultant relationship, termination of this Agreement should be in writing, or if made orally, should be promptly confirmed in writing. Conversely, this Agreement may be terminated by Teraverde upon reasonable prior written notice. If this Agreement is terminated by any party, the Company will remain obligated to pay in full for past Services and Teraverde’s expenses, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Limitation on Damages: Neither party shall be liable to the other for consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive or special damages, including commercial loss and lost profits, however caused and regardless of legal theory or foreseeability, directly or indirectly arising under this Agreement, even if such party has been apprised of the possibility of such damages. Except for the indemnification obligations of the following paragraph, neither party’s liability for any damages arising out of Services or this Agreement shall exceed those charges paid to Teraverde by the Company for the applicable Service.

Seller shall provide to Buyer such other information regarding the permitting or operations of Seller, its subcontractors or the Facility, financial or otherwise, and other data concerning Seller, its subcontractors or the Facility as Buyer may, from time to time, reasonably request in order to enforce its rights or discharge its responsibilities under this Agreement. Until the Delivery Commencement Date, Seller shall provide to Buyer written reports as needed describing any changes in operations, permitting or other relevant activities that might affect the Facility’s ability to commence deliveries or otherwise perform under this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller shall have the right and Buyer shall permit Seller to withhold any proprietary information, including with respect to the intellectual property of Seller; provided that such information shall be provided by Seller to Buyer to the extent required by Buyer to enforce its rights or to carry out its responsibilities under this Agreement. In addition, Buyer shall hold any information obtained during or in connection with such monitoring in confidence pursuant to Section 14.21.
