Reporting and attendance at meetings 5. 1.1 The Consultant shall prepare in a format acceptable to the Employer progress reports for tabling at fortnightly project meetings and to accompany invoices for payment. 5.1.2 The Consultant shall attend regular design and / or site co-ordination meetings with the Employer’s project management team as well as adhoc meetings convened to deal with specific issues that may arise. 5.1.3 The Consultant shall promptly provide information required for the reports which the Employer and / or the project management team are required to prepare e.g. quarterly Presidential Infrastructure Co- ordinating Committee reports on key performance indicators.
