Report to Owner. We will send You a report at least once each Policy Year. The report will show current Policy values, Premiums paid, and deductions made since the last report. It will also show the balance of any outstanding Policy loans and accrued interest on such loans. There is no charge for this report.

Report to Owner. Architect/Engineer whenever he believes that any Work is unsatisfactory, faulty or defective or does not conform to the Contract Documents;
Report to Owner. We will provide you a report at least once during each Contract Year. The report will show the current Accumulation Value, the Cash Surrender Value, the MGWB Base and the Maximum Annual Withdrawal, as well as amounts deducted from, or added to, the Accumulation Value since the last report. This report will be sent to you at your last known address within sixty days after the report date. Upon your request, we will provide additional reports but we reserve the right to assess a charge not to exceed $50 for each additional report. We will also provide you with copies of any shareholder reports of the portfolios in which the variable sub-accounts invest as well as any other notices, reports or documents as required by law or regulation.   • Reports to Owner We will send you a report at least once during each Contract Year. The report will show the Accumulation Value and the Cash Surrender Value as of the end of the Contract Processing Period. The report will also show the allocation of the Accumulation Value as of such date and the amounts deducted from or added to the Accumulation Value since the last report. The report will also include any information that may be currently required by the insurance supervisory official of the jurisdiction in which the Contract is delivered. We will also send you copies of any shareholder reports of the portfolios in which the Divisions of the Variable Separate Account invest, as well as any other reports, notices or documents required by law to be furnished to Owners.

  • Statements to Owner (a) Not later than the tenth calendar day of each month, the Servicer shall furnish to the Owner a monthly statement (a "Monthly Remittance Advice") containing such information in the form required by the Owner, or its designee, in hard copy or electronic medium mutually acceptable to the parties as to the accompanying remittance and the period ending on the preceding Determination Date.

  • Attestation Reports (i) By March 15 of each year, commencing in March 2007, the Master Servicer, the Credit Risk Manager, the Paying Agent and the Securities Administrator, each at its own expense, shall cause, and each such party shall cause any Servicing Function Participant engaged by it to cause, each at its own expense, a registered public accounting firm (which may also render other services to the Master Servicer, the Credit Risk Manager, the Paying Agent and the Securities Administrator, as the case may be) that is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to furnish a report to the Sponsor, the Depositor, the Master Servicer and the Securities Administrator, to the effect that (A) it has obtained a representation regarding certain matters from the management of such party, which includes an assertion that such party has complied with the Relevant Servicing Criteria, and (B) on the basis of an examination conducted by such firm in accordance with standards for attestation engagements issued or adopted by the PCAOB, it is expressing an opinion as to whether such party’s compliance with the Relevant Servicing Criteria was fairly stated in all material respects, or it cannot express an overall opinion regarding such party’s assessment of compliance with the Relevant Servicing Criteria. In the event that an overall opinion cannot be expressed, such registered public accounting firm shall state in such report why it was unable to express such an opinion. Such report must be available for general use and not contain restricted use language.
