Report the incident. Where necessary the employee shall also inform a member of management, a union representative, and/ or Human Resources, and may file a formal complaint to be dealt with under Article 4 of this policy. Should a practice, policy or action of manage- ment result in discrimination, employees have a responsibility to report the situation to their supervisor or manager, a union representative and/or Human Resources so that it may be ad- dressed.
