Common use of Report of Results Clause in Contracts

Report of Results. Results of the evaluation shall be electronically available to Chairs, Deans, the faculty member, and Human Resources in a printable format. Human Resources shall make available the evaluation results that are in accordance with Article 16.7, in lieu of placing them in the faculty member’s personnel file. Students shall have the opportunity to inspect copies of the Student Evaluation of Teaching Summary.
