Replication. Prior to reporting an Incident to the Support Centre, Customer is required (where possible) to replicate the Incident and reduce it to its simplest point of failure. If Support Centre receives Incidents that have not been reduced to their simplest point of failure, the Support Centre may return the Incident to the Customer for further analysis to avoid response times becoming significantly extended.
Replication. Reseller agrees that it will accurately replicate the Software and Documentation, and warrants that all Software distributed by the Reseller will not contain any viruses, worms, date bombs, or other code that is specifically designed to cause the Software to cease operating, or to damage, interrupt, or interfere with any End User's Software or data.

Replication. Publisher will use only Authorized Replicators to produce FPUs. Before placing an order with an Authorized Replicator, Publisher will confirm with Microsoft that such entity is an Authorized Replicator, as such list of Authorized Replicators may change from time to time. A then-current list of Authorized Replicators will be in the Publisher Guide. Publisher will notify Microsoft of its intended Authorized Replicator for each Software Title. The agreement for replication services will be negotiated between Publisher and the applicable Authorized Replicator, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Microsoft may charge Authorized Replicator for rights, services, or products associated with manufacturing FPUs. The agreement between Microsoft and each Authorized Replicator grants Microsoft the right to instruct Authorized Replicator to cease manufacturing FPUs, or to prohibit releasing FPUs to Publisher or its agents, if Publisher is in breach of this Agreement or any credit arrangement between the parties. Microsoft does not guarantee performance of, and will not be liable for the failure to perform any agreement by, any Authorized Replicators. Microsoft is not obligated to ensure that FPUs are free of defects.
Replication. All data (both database and content) are dynamically replicated to secondary site with no webmaster intervention required.

The Companies may engage in replication transactions provided that the Companies would otherwise be authorized to invest their funds in the assets being replicated, the replication continues to be effective and each Company complies with the following quantitative limitations: • A Company shall aggregate all replicated investment positions with their direct investments as if such Company had invested in the replicated asset directly in determining its compliance with applicable quantitative limitations. • The aggregate financial statement value of assets being replicated shall not exceed 10% of the market value of a Company’s invested assets (admitted assets for life insurance companies).
Replication. Prices offered shall be all inclusive for the production of CD-ROM’s in accordance with the terms of these specifications. Cost must include all required materials for producing glass master and/or replication in accordance with the specifications. Only one pre-mastering and/or mastering charge will be allowed regardless of the number of components required to produce the master.
