Replacement. Upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant or, in the case of mutilation, upon surrender of this Warrant, the Company will issue to the Holder a replacement warrant (containing the same terms and conditions as this Warrant).
