REPLACEMENT VEHICLES. The State may permit the Contractor to offer a replacement model or a replacement product line if the model series or the product line originally awarded is discontinued, replaced, or made unavailable by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The Unit Price for such replacement shall be determined in accordance with Section III.7.4
REPLACEMENT VEHICLES. Replacement vehicles shall be four door, air conditioned and unmarked. An employee may take his/her assigned vehicle to his/her residence after completion of his/her work schedule.

For each full litre increase above the base price then in effect, the hourly rate will be adjusted by per hour and such escalator shall apply to all hourly rates for highway brokers that month. REPLACEMENT VEHICLES. 12.1. If specified in the Schedule, and always at the Company's sole discretion, if the Vehicle suffers mechanical breakdown as a result of negligent Routine Maintenance which renders it unusable for a period exceeding that specified in the Schedule, the Company may either (a) provide a replacement vehicle (which will not necessarily be of equivalent specification)(Replacement Vehicle) or (b) compensate the Operator up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty pounds (£150) per day. The Company shall never be obliged to provide a Replacement Vehicle or pay any equivalent sum.
REPLACEMENT VEHICLES. 6.7.1 In the event of a breakdown or other occurrence, such as an accident, which renders the Vehicle immobile or otherwise unfit for use, the Supplier shall:

REPLACEMENT VEHICLES. In the event that the Grantor replaces any Vehicle which has suffered a Complete Casualty, whether required by this Section 7 or not, the Grantor shall replace such Vehicle with a vehicle (a "Replacement Vehicle") that is (i) free and clear of all Liens (other than Permitted Liens) and (ii) in as good of operating condition as, and has a value and utility at least equal to, the Vehicle which it replaced, as determined immediately prior to the Complete Casualty and assuming that at such time such replaced Vehicle was in the condition and repair required to be maintained by the terms of Section 6(b) hereof. Each such Replacement Vehicle shall become subject to this Agreement, and the security interest created hereunder, and shall be deemed to be a Vehicle and a part of the Collateral for all purposes hereunder.
REPLACEMENT VEHICLES. At any time during the initial or any renewal term of the within lease, the LESSOR may replace the above-described vehicle(s) with a vehicle of the same make and year, such replacement vehicle being in equal or better operating condition; in such event, all the terms and conditions of the within lease shall apply to any and all such replacement vehicle(s) for the term of this agreement or any renewal thereof.
REPLACEMENT VEHICLES. (i) The terms on which we will offer you a Replacement Vehicle: If we make a replacement vehicle available to you in connection with this contract (“the Replacement Vehicle”), we may demand that you return the Replacement Vehicle at any time and you shall immediately return it to us. If you fail to do so: (a) we may take possession of the Replacement Vehicle and, for this purpose, we may enter any premises where the Replacement Vehicle(s) is/are being kept; and/or (b) you must pay us reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your retention of the Replacement Vehicle, depending on the period for which you retain possession of the Replacement Vehicle; (ii) Who can use the Replacement Vehicle: You will only permit the Replacement Vehicle to be driven by a person qualified to do so and holding all necessary current licences and permits in respect of the Replacement Vehicle and himself, such licence in respect of the driver to be a full and not a provisional driving licence and will not permit the Replacement Vehicle to be taken outside the United Kingdom; (iii) Insuring the Replacement Vehicle: You will ensure that the Replacement Vehicle is insured comprehensively, for its full value, for any driver who may drive the Replacement Vehicle and will indemnify us in full against any breach of the provisions of this clause.
