REPLACEMENT STORE. (i) In the event a store closes and coincident with this closure a replacement store opens within twenty (20) kilometres or less from the closed store, then all employee’s would transfer to the replacement store. Their union and company seniority would be maintained at the replacement store.

REPLACEMENT STORE. In the event a store closes and coincident with this closure a replacement store opens within twenty (20) kilometres or less from the closed store, then all employee's would transfer to the replacement store. Their union and company seniority would be maintained at the replacement store. Regular full-time employees shall not attain seniority until they have completed a probationary period with the Employer. Such probationary period shall be forty-five (45) worked days at each location. However, should a probationary employee complete such service, his seniority will date back to the commencement of his continuous full-time employment at such location. A part time employee who is hired full time within the same store will not be required to serve a probationary period.
