Upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant and (in In the case of loss, theft or destruction) destruction of this Warrant, upon delivery of an indemnity agreement (with surety if reasonably required) in an amount reasonably satisfactory in form and amount to the CompanyCompany or, or (in the case of mutilation) , upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, the Company will issueat its expense shall execute and deliver, in lieu thereofof this Warrant, a new Warrant of like tenorwarrant, in substantially the same form as this Warrant.

Replacement of Warrants. Upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft, destruction destruction, or mutilation of this Warrant and (in the case of loss, theft theft, or destruction) upon delivery of an indemnity agreement (with surety if reasonably required) in an amount reasonably satisfactory to the Company, or (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, the Company will issue, in lieu thereof, a new Warrant of like tenor.

Replacement of Warrants. Upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft, destruction destruction, or mutilation of this Warrant Warrant, and (in the case of loss, theft theft, or destruction) upon delivery of an a sworn affidavit and indemnity agreement (with surety if reasonably requiredrequired by the Company) in an amount reasonably satisfactory to the Company, or (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant, the Company will issueshall caused to be issued, in lieu thereof, a new Warrant of like tenor.

Replacement of Warrants. Upon On receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft, theft or destruction or mutilation of this Warrant and (an indemnity agreement reasonably satisfactory in form and amount to the Company or, in the case of lossits mutilation, theft or destruction) upon delivery surrender of an indemnity agreement (with surety if reasonably required) the mutilated Warrant for cancellation, the Company at its expense shall execute and deliver, in an amount reasonably satisfactory to the Company, or (in the case of mutilation) upon surrender and cancellation lieu of this Warrant, the Company will issue, in lieu thereof, a new Warrant warrant of like tenor.
