Replacement of Warrant Certificate. If any Warrant Certificate is mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall issue or cause to be issued in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation thereof, or in lieu of and substitution for such Warrant Certificate, a New Warrant Certificate, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction and customary and reasonable indemnity, if requested. Applicants for a New Warrant Certificate under such circumstances shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and procedures and pay such other reasonable third-party costs as the Company may prescribe.

Replacement of Warrant Certificate. Upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of this Warrant Certificate and, in the case of any such loss, theft or destruction, upon delivery of an indemnity agreement reasonably satisfactory in form and amount to the Company (collectively, a "Lost Certificate Affidavit"), or, in the case of any such mutilation, upon surrender and cancellation of this Warrant Certificate, the Company, at its expense, will register, issue and deliver in lieu thereof, a new warrant certificate of like tenor.
Replacement of Warrant Certificate. If any Warrant Certificate is issued and is subsequently mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Warrant Agent shall issue or cause to be issued in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation hereof, or in lieu of and substitution for the Warrant, a New Warrant, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company and Warrant Agent of such loss, theft or destruction (in such case) and, in each case, an open penalty surety bond satisfactory to it and holding the Warrant Agent and Company harmless, absent notice to Warrant Agent that such certificates have been acquired by a bona fide purchaser. If a New Warrant is requested as a result of a mutilation of a Warrant, then the Holder shall deliver such mutilated Warrant to the Company as a condition precedent to the Company’s obligation to issue the New Warrant.
Replacement of Warrant Certificate. If a Warrant certificate is mutilated, defaced, lost or destroyed, it may, at the discretion of the Company, be replaced at the principal office of the Registrar (unless the Directors otherwise determine) on payment of such costs as may be incurred in connection therewith and on such terms as to evidence, indemnity and/or security as the Company may require and on payment of such fee not exceeding HK$2.50 (or such other amount as may from time to time be permitted under the rules prescribed by the Stock Exchange) as the Company may determine. Mutilated or defaced Warrant certificate must be surrendered before replacements will be issued. In the case of lost Warrant certificate, sections 163 to 169 of the Companies Ordinance shall apply as if “shares” referred to therein included Warrants.

Replacement of Warrant Certificate. 18.1 In the case of any assignment, division or transfer of the Holder’s rights under this Warrant certificate, the Company, at the request of the Holder or its transferee or assignee, will issue a replacement Warrant certificate or certificates of like date and tenor as this Warrant certificate and registered in the name or names requested by the Holder or its transferee or assignee.
