Replacement of Vacation Leave. Where, in respect of any period of vacation leave, an employee: (a) (b) is granted bereavement leave, or is granted sick leave on production of a medical certificate, the period of vacation leave so displaced shall either be added to the vacation period, if requested by the employee, and approved by the Employer, or reinstated for use at a later date.
Replacement of Vacation Leave. If an employee is on vacation leave at the time of bereavement, the employee shall be granted bereavement leave and be credited the appropriate number of days to vacation leave credits.
