Replacement of Uniforms. The Employer will replace uniforms on a department-by-department basis consistent with current practices. Replacement uniforms shall be in new condition, fit properly, and be provided at no cost to the employee. Employees are responsible for maintenance and upkeep. If a uniform is damaged or lost through the fault of the employee, replacement shall be at the employee’s expense.
Replacement of Uniforms. As uniforms deteriorate and are in a state of disrepair, the University shall provide replacement uniforms. Employees are responsible for the cost of replacement of uniforms that are lost or damaged through negligence or carelessness. Replacement uniforms shall be in new condition and fit properly.
Replacement of Uniforms. The University shall replace uniforms, on an as needed basis, provided replacement is not necessitated by the employees improper care and/or maintenance of uniforms.
Replacement of Uniforms. Employees’ uniforms shall be replaced every year (employee's date of hiring). Maintenance employees may replace any part of their uniform accidentally damaged during the course of their duties. Parkas and windbreakers shall be replaced only when necessary or every five (5) years.

Upon approval of the Sheriff a new uniform or equipment item shall be provided to the employee. The approval of new uniform or equipment items shall not be unreasonably denied

Apparel that has excessive wear or is damaged shall be replaced by the departments clothing quartermaster. • Members must return worn or damaged clothing to the quartermaster in order to receive replacement uniforms. • Lost uniform items shall be replaced at the expense of the employee.
