Replacement of Equipment. The Concessionaire shall at its cost, plan for replacement of the equipment well ahead of the time when the utility thereof is reasonably expected to expire and replace the equipment in accordance with Good Industry Practice so as to ensure that the Project facilities and Services commensurate with the Scope of Work, at all times during the Concession Period.
Replacement of Equipment. The District shall replace the safety equipment which is required by the District, including but not limited to, items found in section 15.2.2 (equipment items only) of this contract which have become unserviceable through normal wear and tear or other circumstances under which the equipment has become unserviceable without fault on the part of the employee. All safety equipment provided by the District shall remain property of the District.

Replacement of Equipment. The Employer agrees to repair or replace as necessary an officer’s eye glasses, contact lenses, and prescription sunglasses, if such are damaged or broken, if during the course of the employee’s duties the employee is required to exert physical force or is attacked by another person.
