Replacement Employees. The Hospital will endeavour to find a temporary replacement for the employee, as far in advance as practicable. If the Hospital is unable to find a suitable replacement, it may postpone the leave. If, after a period of postponement, a suitable temporary replacement cannot be found, the Hospital will have the option of considering a further postponement or of collapsing the plan.
